A Walk Down The Memory Lane With Ziaja's Marine Algae Skincare Range!

Hello, my loves! Today, I am very excited to be bringing you a very special post in collaboration with Poland's biggest skincare brand - Ziaja. As cheesy as this may sound, I have always felt very sentimental about Ziaja - it was my beloved Nan's all-time favourite skincare brand. I grew up around their products, and I still have memories of getting into her skincare stash as a little girl, playing around pretending to run my own beauty shop (I told you it'd be cheesy!). Living in the UK for the past eleven years, I have definitely missed their products, so I was over the moon to find out that they actually have an online UK shop! It was so excited to get my hands on these (very affordable!) goodies again, and it definitely brought back some memories, as well. Hope you enjoy today's review!

Take A Walk On The Dark Side... Kat Von D 'Sinner' Perfume Review!

Hello there, my loves! Today, I am very excited to be bringing you a very special perfume review. It's been a little while since I've done one of those, as, to be honest - I just haven't been buying as many fragrances lately. I am quite happy with my perfume collection as it is now, so whenever I buy a new scent, it's because I really love it (review spoiler alert!). I've always heard such amazing things about the Kat Von D brand, but I've actually never tried any of her makeup. Her fragrances have also always been very popular, and this one - Sinner - is actually a re-launch of an older version from 2009. Today, I am very excited to share with you loves my honest thoughts on this scent. Hope you enjoy!

Things I Wish I Knew When I Started Blogging

Hello, my loves! I hope that you're all having a wonderful week so far. Today, I wanted to share with you a few bits of blogging wisdom. I've been thinking more and more about my blog lately, about what I want to achieve with it, and how I can improve my content. In thinking that, I've also been looking back at the last three years (I can't believe it's been this long since I started my blog, time flies by!). Today, I'd like to share with you a few things I've learned throughout my online journey, and also those things that I wish I knew before I first started Shoes and Glitter. Of course, I am by no means a blogging expert, and still have lots to learn - these are just a few bits I've picked up that I wanted to share with you, loves. Hope you enjoy!

Cleansing Oils For Oily Skin? Re:cipe Rose Petal Cleansing Oil Review!

Hello, my loves! Today, I am excited to be bringing you a review of the Re:cipe rose petal cleansing oil (£23, Feelunique). This was actually my first time using oil as a cleanser – it always felt quite counter-intuitive for me to do so, especially since my skin is already very oily. However, after reading lots of positive reviews from fellow bloggers, I decided to give it a shot. Of course, I am by no means a skincare expert, but I wanted to share with you my experience with this Korean oil cleanser (not sponsored, by the way!) – it was definitely an unexpected one! Hope you enjoy. x

A Look Inside My Kikki K Time Planner + Review!

Hello there, my jelly beans! I hope that you're all having a wonderful week. I've mentioned my love for cute stationery quite a few times on the blog by now, and today's post is all about that. I feel that in this day and age where everything is so digitalised, the art of handwriting and printed media in general are becoming less and less relevant; and that makes me feel a little sad! I think that there is just something so relaxing and enjoyable about putting pen to paper. Today, I want to give you loves a little sneak peek into my favourite planner that I've been using this year - the Kikki K time planner from their Cute collection (not sponsored, by the way - I wish!); and give you a little review of it in case you're interested in getting one. I got sucked into buying one of these following all the positive reviews on YouTube, and today, I'm excited to share my thoughts on it. Hope you enjoy!

What's In My Travel Makeup Bag?

Hello, my loves. Today, I wanted to share with you some of my favourite travel makeup picks. I love travelling more than anything else in the world, but it's always a challenge to fit everything you might need into one small bag (I'd happily take my entire makeup collection if I could!). When it comes to travelling, I only ever rely on my favourite, tried and tested products that I know won't disappoint. I am actually slowly preparing to travel now, as me and my better-half will soon be spending two weeks in the Canary Islands for our 9 years (!) anniversary. Hope you enjoy today's picks!
